Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Paul Mitchell the School-Richland

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Paul Mitchell the School-Richland, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Washington students paid $17,600 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 94 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 23 students received grants or scholarships totaling $148,281 and 29 students took out student loans totaling more than $253,699.

Including all undergraduates (260), 209 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.3 million, and 221 students took out $1.8 million in federal student loans.
