Franklin County Sheriff's Office recently issued the following announcement on Feb 16.
COUNTY SPEED ZONES IN PASCO: There are several roads in Pasco (around the area that has not been annexed between Argent and Court) where the speed limit is 25 MPH.
These roads include Roads 44, 48, 56, 60, 64, 72, 76, and 80, and all intersecting east-west cross streets.
Because some drivers have trouble easing off the gas when using these roads to get from Argent to Court or vice versa, here’s a friendly reminder. Deputies also traverse these roads frequently as another friendly reminder.
And while many east-west cross roads aren’t frequently marked... when you don’t see a sign, drive a safe 25! The children and parents in the neighborhood will thank you.
