Congratulations to the 2020 and 2021 Kennewick Man and Woman of the Year! We are so excited for the 2020 Kennewick Woman of the Year, our very own city employee, Alisha Piper!
Alisha championed a volunteer effort to provide items for formerly homeless families and individuals moving into the Kennewick Housing Authorities, Lilac Apartments. With help from friends, businesses, and other organizations, Alisha was able to collect nearly $20,000 worth of donations and household goods to assist in furnishing these new homes.
Thank you to all the winners of this award. Your efforts make Kennewick a better place to live, work and play!
