All Richland City facilities will close on Monday, July 4th for the Independence Day Holiday. This includes the Richland Community Center, George Prout Pool, Library and the Horn Rapids Landfill. The Badger Mountain Spray Park and the Howard Amon Park children’s wading pool will remain open. Curbside garbage collection service will also occur as normal.
