Two public meetings will be held to discuss a proposal from the Kennewick Housing Authority (KHA) to redevelop the south 4 acres of city-owned land at 410 E. 10th Ave. (parcel ID
107802000001000) for housing. The proposed construction site is located on the north side of E. 13th Ave. between the 400 and 600 block. Following the same presentation of
information at each meeting, the City and KHA invite public comment:
