The Richland Police Department was proud to be part of the 4th Annual Law Enforcement and Walmart Holiday Toy Drive caravan that delivered toys to Kadlec for the pediatric patients at the hospital.  Every year Umatilla County Sheriff’s Detective Michael Ellwood organizes the toy drive it gets bigger and better.  Our very own Richland Walmart participated and RPD officers collected toys from our generous community for this awesome program.  We are proud to have been able to help.  Thank you for your support.
