Waste Management customers and city residents can drop off trees free of charge at the Kennewick Transfer Station at 2627 S. Ely Street.

The facility is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.

Curbside pickup is also available, but customers may be charged a one-time fee depending on your service agreement. Trees should not exceed maximum allowable length for pickup, and customers should remember to remove any tinsels, lights and ornaments. Trees should be left curbside the night before your scheduled pickup day and should not be buried in snow.
