Owner-Occupied Repair Program

This program offers funding for urgent repairs for low-income owner-occupied households within Richland, Kennewick, or Pasco city limits.

Emergency repair loans shall be in the form of a deferred, no-interest property lien. The loan will be due and payable once the property is sold, refinanced, transferred, defaulted on, or was in non-compliance with the loan agreement and occupancy requirements.
